In this User Agreement information includes, without being limited to, text, audio and video. In this User Agreement person includes both natural and legal entities.
By using the skillchamps.com web site, you agree to this User Agreement. This User Agreement may be amended by Skillchamps from time to time by posting revised rules or amendments on this web page. Each use by you of the Skillchamps.com web site or continued participation in the Skillchamps Championships creates a fresh agreement to this User Agreement as it exists at that time.
Skillchamps may terminate your use of the skillchamps.com web site at any time.
Skillchamps may use it sole and absolute discretion to exercise any right in this agreement. Skillchamps may exercise any right in this agreement without notice.
You will provide only true information via the skillchamps.com web site. You will correct any information on th e skillchamps.com web site that becomes untrue due to the passage of time or changed circumstances.
When make information available to, or view information via the skillchamps.com web site, your behaviour is, in addition to being subject to this User Agreement, subject to the rules of any third party service facilitating your act.
You acknowledge that some information available via the skillchamps.com web site is provided to the web site by third parties and is not reviewed by Skillchamps and therefore could be offensive. You will report offensive information to Skillchamps. Your only remedy relating to offensive information is to report it to Skillchamps.
All information available through skillchamps.com is owned by someone. If you did not provide it to the Skillchamps.com web site, then it does not belong to you and all you may do with it is view it, recommend that others view it, or report it to Skillchamps.
You must not provide offensive information to the skillchamps.com web site. You must not provide to the skillchamps.com web site information that leads directly, nor within three clicks, to offensive information. Information that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate for young children is considered offensive.
You must not provide information to Skillchamps.com that you do not have a legal right to provide. You must not provide information to Skillchamps.com that adversely affects any right held directly or indirectly by any person. You must not provide to Skillchamps information that would directly or indirectly adversely affect Skillchamps nor any other person (with the exception of providing evidence of performance that may be superior to that provided by other competitors).
You must not provide information to Skillchamps that violates any duty of yours.
Any information you provide via the skillchamps.com web site or in any other way to Skillchamps may be used by Skillchamps in any way Skillchamps considers in Skillchamps’ best interest.
If your opinion is that information available on the skillchamps web site ought not to be available on the skillchamps web site, contact skillchamps.
You grant Skillchamps, and every person viewing information you provide to skillchamps or via the skillchamps.com web site, a royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right to make any use whatsoever of, and to do anything at all with, any or all of the information you provide to Skillchamps or via the skillchamps.com web site. By providing information to Skillchamps or via the skillchamps.com web site, you give up all of your rights to and relating to the information, including without limiting the foregoing, all copyright and moral right to the information.
Skillchamps simply facilitates communication between the users of the skillchamps.com web site. Skillchamps makes no representation relating to the quality or character of those using the skillchamps.com web site, nor of those communicating with others via the skillchamps.com web site. Consequently, you are at your own risk regarding communicating with others contacting you via Skilllchamps or the skillchamps.com web site. Your assumption of this risk includes, without being limited to, communicating with other persons whose contact information has been provided to you by Skillchamps at the request of the other person.
Skillchamps' only obligation created by this User Agreement is to make reasonable efforts to keep the skillchamps web site online for a period of at least 10 days from the date of your initial acceptance of any skillchamps User Agreement. This obligation is Skillchamps' only obligation, whether express or implied, created by this User Agreement. No action by Skillchamps creates additional obligations for Skillchamps. If you wish not to agree to these terms, you are welcome to not use the Skillchamps web site.
Except as required by statute, Skillchamps makes no warranties relating to anything Skillchamps offers to do, does or fails to do.
You interact with Skillchamps entirely at your own risk. Except as required by statute and relating to the sole obligation created by this User Agreement for Skillchamps to make reasonable efforts to keep the skillchamps web site online for a period of at least 10 days from the date of your initial acceptance of any skillchamps User Agreement, Skillchamps is not liable for anything Skillchamps does nor fails to do, nor the consequences thereof.
Skillchamps may choose on any one or more occasions not to enforce any one or more of its rights under this User Agreement against any one or more parties and any such choice does not affect Skillchamps’ right to enforce any of Skillchamps’ rights under this agreement on any other occasion against any party.
Skillchamps may, in Skillchamps’ unfettered, sole and absolute discretion, choose to have any dispute or any claim resolved through mediation or arbitration in the Province of Manitoba rather than through the courts of the Province of Manitoba. Skillchamps reserves to itself the unilateral right to have any resolution achieved via mediation or arbitration reviewed and, either affirmed or reversed, by the courts of the Province of Manitoba.
You promise Skillchamps that you have had everybody appearing in your video agree to allow Skillchamps to use any video entered in any Skillchamps competition, any portions thereof, any still images therefrom, and any combination of the preceding, either with or without other material: (a) for the purpose of providing evidence of your shooting performance to others via reproduction, transmission and broadcast by any means of reproduction, transmission or broadcast including but not limited to television, internet or other means of reproduction, broadcast or transmission whether electronic or non-electronic; and (b) for marketing purposes.
You agree that the liability of Skillchamps is limited to providing a championship crest to the individuals declared to be specific competition winners by Skillchamps.
Disqualification: Skillchamps reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason if Skillchamps determines, in Skillchamps’ sole and absolute discretion, that any irregularity relating to, or violation of, the letter or spirit of this User Agreement has or may have occurred.

You must indemnify Skillchamps completely for any costs and losses incurred by Skillchamps resulting directly or indirectly from anything you do.
You must not sue Skillchamps. You must not name Skillchamps in any litigation.
This User Agreement shall be interpreted according to the laws of the Province of Manitoba. Only the courts of the Province of Manitoba will be used to adjudicate claims relating to this agreement and the courts of the Province of Manitoba have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters relating to this agreement.
