Skillchamps' drill rules:

Quickness Drill Rules

Summary: Complete the shown circuit twice. Begin with one foot on one of the key's corners. Thereafter, each time your body crosses one of the key's corners one of your feet must touch the same corner before your body reaches another of the key's corners. Each of your hands must be touching one of your knees at all times while shuffling. The circuit is shown on the following four diagrams. A demonstration video will be added soon. The drill is done using a standard basketball key for the circuit.

Players are ranked by completion time.

Additional Rules

The drill ends when you have successfully completed the circuit required by the drill.

If you break the footwork or area rules, repeat the drill.

You must stay inside the video's frame at all times. The video may not be edited. The camera must be positioned above court level sufficiently for viewers to see clearly the entire circuit. Look through the viewer when you set up the camera to make certain the coaches watching the video will be able to see the key lines and the position of your feet relative to those lines.
